Winder treads are treads in which the long edges are not parallel and they are used when the ascent of the stairway needs to continue at a landing due to space restrictions. Our standard winder treads available are 2-tread sets or 3-tread sets in many different sizes as well as left-hand or right-hand configurations. Custom winder tread sets can also be quoted in different wood species and sizes to accommodate nearly any stairway layout.
